HIGH SPPED sheet folder with stacker

1/ Up to 2 horizontal and 3 vertical folding actions can be implemented. For 2 horizontal actions, you can choose knife folding mode or pneumatic folding mode. However, only knife folding mode is available to 3 vertical actions.
2/ Four channels are used for horizontal folding, through which you can easily implement the pillowcase folding.
3/ The folding rate can reach up to 60 m/min.
4/ Optimize the transmission design. Use the synchronous belts and self-lubricating gears rather than the traditional chain, free of maintenance in its lifetime, with the advantages of stable transmission and low noise.

7/ All key parts are imported. For example, the pneumatic system is produced by SMC, the reducer comes from NISSEI, all photoelectric sensors are Yamatake products, the bearings are manufactured by FYH, and all electrical components are made by Schneider.
8/ The complete self-diagnosis function and safety protection mechanism can quickly locate the faulty part and probable causes, easy to use and maintain.
9/ The shaft body is made of precision stainless steel composite pipe, which reduces the shaft jitter, improves the mechanical movement precision, and prolongs the service.
